How do I get recruited for the programme?

We are holding ‘Prospect Camps’ and have links with High Schools all over the world. We take recommendations from both teachers and soccer clubs. You can also contact us directly if you are interested in the programme and we will explain more. Spaces are however limited and we encourage students to register their interest and commit to a place as soon as possible.

What standard of soccer player do I need to be?

We cater for all levels of playing ability, and we appreciate that not everyone wants to be a professional soccer player. Our focus is to help you to pursue a career in the sports industry – whether this is as a player, a coach, a healthcare professional or in a management role.

We have excellent contacts within the soccer world and accordingly we are able to assist players with finding soccer teams including both local and semi-professional clubs. The programme will develop you both on and off the field, and will open up various paths on the completion of the course.  Our specialist staff will help you either with a soccer team or guide you towards a career.

What do I need to do to be eligible to be a part of the i2i international Soccer Academy?

We do not require you to play soccer at a particular standard. You just need to be passionate about soccer and committed to studying for a Sports Science or International Business Management degree. You need to meet the academic criteria and you must be eligible for a Visa to study in the UK. You also need of course, to be able to fund the course (and associated living costs) for three years.
